3) All possible Community names defined for discovering and collecting devices.

  • SNMP V1/2: Ask the customer if other than the default Community name "public" is used and make sure they are defined in the JetAdvice Edge Settings tab in JetAdvice Manager or in JetAdvice Edge.
  • SNMP V3: Ask the customer if SNMP V3 is used and make sure SNMP V3 settings are defined in the JetAdvice Edge Settings tab in JetAdvice Manager or in JetAdvice Edge.

4) Define and map media to the Zebra printers.

  • In JetAdvice Manager create the media in ADMIN -> Media menu for Label, Wristband and Ribbon.
  • Map all the media type to the label lengths in the Inventory tab,

If no devices are discovered or collected then see the troubleshooting FAQ and find the requirements in the JetAdvice Edge installation Guide
