As a dealer using the Reports menu, you can do reports to obtain usage/supplies/alerts data from all your customers or some of them . 

You can use the “HP default” reports, duplicate them or create new ones in your own dealer account - the one that has your own account name as “title” . 

Make sure that any report that needs to be visible only to yourself ends into your account´s report list so end customer will not have access to them. 

If you want a report to be available to any of your customers then, duplicate one of the “HP default” reports for “(Customer)” or create a customer report directly.
