To Manage or Un-Manage devices, you will need to go to Admin > Devices in the top menu.

Then select the device(s) you would like to manage. In this case we will show how to Un-Manage the HP DesignJet T3500. Select the device by adding a checkmark to the left of the device name.

Then select the Move To section to "Un-Managed" and press activate.

Then you can see the count for Un-Managed has increased from 0 to 1 and Managed has been updated to only 1 device.

Note: Managing devices requires a certain user role, which is not available to all users. Devices moved to Un-Managed will not report data into HP Partner Link and will not appear on the dashboard or in active reports.
