How to get Real Time Supply Alerts on the dashboard

Real Time Supply Alerts are alerts that get updated and displayed after the Data Collector has collected and communicated updated device and supply information. This is different than Supply Alert reports, as reports are run on a different schedule and this area on the dashboard can communicate/update as soon as information is received.

To get Real Time Supply Alerts on the dashboard follow these steps:

• Access the edit screen for your desired account in Admin>Customers
• Set "Account supply alert thresholds" to "Yes"
• The thresholds settings in Alerts tab will be used for Real Time Supply Alerts (separate from any existing Supply Alert reports)

You can also subscribe to get "Supply notifications" in email.

• Select to subscribe, add email address and select which severity to receive on email.
• Every email notification will be in a separate email.  
  Note: Due to the database cache, after subscribing to any email alert, a delay of upto 10minutes is expected.
  Initial supply alerts generated within this cache update of the subscription may not get emailed.
