The JetAdvice Data Collector 2.1 support on all newer Windows platforms.

Software requirements:

- Windows Vista

- Windows 7

- Windows 8

- Windows 10

- Windows Server 2008

- Windows Server 2012

Hardware requirements:

- 1 GHZ or faster processor

- 512 MB of RAM

- 10 MB of available hard disk space.

Prior to installation of JetAdvice Data Collector 2.1 you must install .NET Framework 4.6.

A reboot is maybe required after installation.

If not installed it can be downloaded during the installation of the JetAdvice Data Collector.

.NET Framework 4.5 can also be downloaded from Microsoft website: www.microsoft.com
