When creating a report across accounts, if the Data source is set to "All customers"; it will be the customer accounts on the same level as the dealer account that will be included in the report.
**Customer accounts in sub levels will not be included.

To include accounts from sub levels and the dealer level, you will need to choose the option "Specific customers" to then select which customers to add.  An option to 'select all' is available as well.
