When you report a support case then you should send support@euroform.com the URL to the printer, report or page in JetAdvice Manager.
The URL has the specific information about account, printer, report, view etc. which will help support to debug the issue.
When JetAdvice Manager 3.0 was released we changed the URL’s to be specific for each page, view, report ect.
