Adding multiple subnet ranges is not possible at once. Add each range individually usign the desired range format for full IP's in a range, some or just 1 IP.

You can only add IP ranges seperately for different subnets:

172.22.1.x
172.22.2.x
172.22.3.x

That is by design to minimize the stress on the customer network. You will need to create ranges for each network range you want to collect on. The 'X' does not work as a wild card.
