Maybe the printer is not discovered, counters or supply information is missing etc.

To find out you can make a MibWalk of the printers IP address, see if the printer can be reached on port 161 and can collect information from the printer.

Here is how you make a MIBWalk of the printer.

Download the MIBWalk program MibFinder

1)    Unzip the file.

2)    Start ”mibfinder.exe”

3) Select ”Walk” and type in the IP address of the printer and select ”Go”

4) The Program will run for approximate 1 minute to find and collect data.

5) The MIBWalk output file will be saved in the folder from where the ”mibfinder.exe” is located

6) If it is a counter issue please include the counter page from the printer..

7) Screendump and the MIBWalk file should be send to support@euroform.com.
