All devices are added to the account as managed devices and will also be in the group New Devices after being seen from the Data Collector. This is the default behaviour for devices, meaning you can use groups and report filters in JetAdvice Manager to see devices in specific groups, in this case ones that have not been moved out of the New Devices group.
How to see new devices on the account:
When all devices have been found on the account, empty the group New Devices because all new devices found after this date are not grouped
Setup the report:
Select Reports -> Overview and select a report to duplicate, eg. Total Usage or make a new report using one of the templates.
Then in Filter select In Group = New Devices
Schedule report email:
Setup an e-mail report to be sent daily, weekly or monthly with a list of devices in the group New Devices by pressing the email option either from in the report view or on the Reports > Overview page next to the right of the report name.
Specify how you want to recieve the report data via email:

You have now created a report for new devices found on the account which will be sent in an e-mailed report with the sending interval selected in the email schedule.

Remember to empty the group New Devices after you have decided what to do with the new devices.
