To reduce problems when installing the Data Collector, .NET Framework 4.72 or higher and Local System Administrator rights are required.

Please note: When updating the Data Collector the .NET Framework 4.72 or higher may need to be installed which will cause the server/pc to reboot during the process.

All .NET Framework versions should be regarded as unique versions.

Go to Admin -> Data Collectors -> Download and here you can download the Data Collector and .NET Framework 4.72
