Reinstalled the Data Collector and get error message: There is no endpoint listening.... when selecting the Register button
- Open Windows services, find the Data Collector service and Stop the service if it is running.
- Open Windows Task Manager, find Data Collector and End the process.
- Go to start --> All Programs --> Euroform --> JetAdvice Data Collector --> Manager and then click Register and click Start button.
- The Data Collector is now running
- Go to login and select your account. Go to Admin -> View log and check that the Data Collector is running so it can Discover and Collect devices.
