How to see if a supply alert are sent?

Go to Alerts -> Supply Alerts.

  • Select a Supply Alert in the list View Supply Alerts From and then all Supply Alerts is listed below.
    You can use the Filter function to find a specific printer from IP address or Serial number.

 

If the Supply Alert is not listed then you have to check if the Supply Alert is active and the printer is in the Supply Alert group.

  • Go to Reports -> Overview.
  • Select the Supply Alert and check that the Supply Alert is Active and that the printer is a part of the group defined under In Group.

 

If the printer is not in the Supply Alert group then you have to add the printer to the Supply Alert group.

  • Go to Groups -> Group Devices.Select the group All Devices and find your printer and mark it.
  • In Device Management select your Supply Alert group, and select Add To and click Activate.
